First Communion, First Penance & Confirmation
The Religious Education program plans these celebrations and prepares our young people to receive them.
Adult Confirmation
If you are beyond high school age and would like to receive this sacrament, please call the parish office.
Convert Instruction
Our RCIA Program meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in the Rectory at St. Mary in Tilton, NH. Adults who would like to learn more about our Catholic faith are welcome any week.
Wedding Preparation
Couples planning their wedding are asked to contact the pastor at least six (6) months in advance. The diocese requires that all couples participate in an extensive (approx. 10 hours) preparation program. Also, wedding dates are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis.
Baptism of Infants
This ceremony usually takes place on the second Sunday of the month at 1 PM. Please call the rectory to make arrangements. We will send you a booklet containing general information, dates for parent instruction and Baptism, Sponsor Certificate Forms and an information sheet about the baby. Please note that Godparents must be practicing Catholics, at least 16 years old, who have already made their Confirmation.
Anointing of the Sick
If you know a Catholic who is seriously ill and would like to be anointed, please let us know. New government regulations prevent the hospital from notifying us when a parishioner is admitted. We won’t know unless you tell us…
Funerals
These arrangements are usually handled through the Funeral Director. The pastor would like to meet with the family to discuss their participation in the service: readings, music, processions, and eulogy.
